Prices & Promotions ADVANCE RIDE TICKETS The sponsor conducts an advance sale of ride coupons. The coupons are sold in family books . All rides require three or more coupons. Each ride will have a sign posted specifying the number of coupons required, such as "This ride takes 3 coupons," "This ride takes 4 coupons," etc. Buying the advance sale ride tickets saves money. Advance sale ends at the opening hour on the first day of the carnival. The settlement on the advance sale is also made at the opening hour of the carnival on the first day of the engagement. The rides are priced according to the number of coupons required, as follows: Book of 40 coupons - $30.00 ($0.75/coupon) Or 1 All Day Pass The sponsor receives a percentage of the gross advance sale of ride coupons. During the carnival's operation the sponsor receives a percentage of the gross of on site ride coupon sales. The location should be available two days prior to the event opening. The trucks will start arriving and set up will begin. Presale tickets are an additional savings to the consumer, but require involvement of sales by the sponsor. Presale tickets are sent to the sponsor at least eight weeks in advance of the event.
GAME PRICING Prices vary from 10 cents to two dollars ($2.00).

On P.O.P. days customer may also trade one complete advance sale coupon book for one wristband. c. Price and hours to be agreed upon by the fair and carnival. PROMOTION: WRISTBAND DAY FORMAT: a. Designation of extended time period for promotion. b. Establishment of discount on All Day Ride Pass EXECUTION: a. Customer purchases a band which is placed on the wrist. This entitles unlimited rides for designated hours. b. Price and hours to be agreed upon by the fair and carnival. PROMOTION: PEPSI/COKE DAY FORMAT: a. Designation of one specific day for event b. Get free publicity c. Give significant discount on rides EXECUTION: a. Promotion would be good for one day of event only b. Enlist Pepsi or Coke as co-sponsor. Beverage Company to provide discount coupons for customers c. Customer receives special discount for ride tickets at ticket booth when he has coupon from Beverage Company. PROMOTION: KIDS DAY/FAMILY DAY FORMAT: a. Designation of one specific day for event. b. Establish discount on ride ticket. c. Involve media for advertising and promotion EXECUTION: a. Ride tickets are $1.00 for everyone. b. One ticket per ride. (instead of three to five per ride) c. Advertise on area radio stations and newspapers. PROMOTION: SPECIAL DAYS FOR SPECIAL PEOPLE FORMAT: a. Establish discount for Special People b. Set time period for promotion c. Involve local agencies EXECUTION a. Invite media and a number of school children (who have won the chance to participate in contests prior to the event) to ride the rides which are new to the area and rate them. b.
