Our Management Team

Michael J. Davis

A fourth-generation showman, Michael was supervising food and game concessions early in his career. He and his wife founded Superior West Amusements, LLC in 1198 and continue to operate their own company in conjunction with their role at Davis Amusement Cascadia, Inc.. Michael has been licensed in Oregon and Washington States as N.A.A.R.S.O. level II amusement ride inspector and has held certificates in midway operations by A.I.M.S.. Now transition into company ownership, Michael directs day to day midway operations. He has served a president of the Carnival Guild and enjoys memberships in the Northwestern Showmen's Club, Carnival Guild, Outdoor Amusement Business Association, Showmen's League of America, Washington Fairs Association, and Oregon Fairs Association.
Celeste E. Davis

Joining the company in 1994 Celeste is co-owner of Superior West Amusements, LLC and manager of Davis Amusement Cascadia, Inc.. She oversees the direction of the company office, event permitting, DOT reporting, payroll, and innumerable other administrative needs. Celeste enjoys membership in the Northwestern Showmen's Club, Outdoor Amusement Business Association, Showmen's League of America. She has also served as the Northwestern Showmen's Club Recording Secretary and received the N.W.S.C. Club Recognition award and the N.W.S.C. Safety Seminar award.
Michael S. Davis

Michael has served as President and CEO of Davis Amusement Cascadia, Inc since the mid-1970's and owns and operates Big Bear Concessions, LLC.. He is a third-generation showman and was born and raised in the industry. Michael has served as President of the Northwestern Showmen's Club as well as on many of their annual committees. He has also served a term as President of the Carnival Guild. Michael enjoys memberships in the Northwestern Showmen's Club, Carnival Guild, Outdoor Amusement Business Association, Oregon Fairs Association, Washington Fairs Association, International Association of Amusement Parks, Free and Accepted Masons, and the Showmen's League of America.
Cathy Davis

Presiding as co-owner, CFO, and Treasurer of Davis Amusement Cascadia, Inc., as well as co-owner of Big Bear Concessions, Cathy has been negotiating and servicing company contracts, bookings, and annual routing for more than thirty years. Cathy has served as President of the Northwestern Showmen's Club as well as chairperson of many important committees. She currently enjoys memberships in the Outdoor Amusement Business Association, Oregon Fairs Association, Washington Fairs Association, Northwestern Showmen's Club, Carnival Guild, and the Showmen's League of America.
Isaac Davis -- Game Concession Supervisor

Isaac is a fifth-generation member of the Davis show-business family and owner of Funland Concessions, LLC.. Isaac manages aspects of the midway game operations and midway customer service each summer. Isaac assists in company recruiting at the college level and currently spends his winters completing his Business and Entrepreneurship degree at Boise State University. Isaac spends his free time snowboarding and mountain biking.

Jim Dowis - Safety and Maintenance Coordinator

Jim Dowis started in the outdoor amusement business in 1990 and joined the Davis team in 1997. Jim brings many years of knowledge and experience to the business and today is the company Safety and Maintenance Coordinator. With maintenance workers and safety committee members reporting to him, Jim maintains responsibility for maintenance record keeping and safety meetings as well as directing maintenance and scheduling projects. Jim has the pleasure of working along side his son.

Adella Faust -- Office Manager

Adella joined the Davis Amusement Cascadia, Inc. team in 2010 as a game operator and returned in 2011 as Head of Stand in the Cotton Candy concession. She was promoted the same year to a position on the office staff. From 2011-2018 Adella has continued to excel in her responsibilities, demonstrating strong work ethic, loyalty, and honesty. She is now the Davis Amusement on-site office manager, processing applications, engaging in customer service, and coordinating aspects of employee placement. Along with her company duties Adella is the mother of two elementary school aged daughters.

John Cambell -- Ride Supervisor

John broke into the industry in 1986 and came to work at Davis Amusement Cascadia, Inc. in 2004. John oversees the daily placement and scheduling of ride operation employees as well as the training and instruction of temporary or newly hired ride workers. John has attended the Northwestern Showmen's Club Safety Seminar for more than twenty years and is unique in that he is well instructed on all company ride equipment. In the off season, John enjoys living in Tulalip Washington near his grandchildren.
